Order Processing Time
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always do our best to get your “crazy amazing” products to you as fast as possible!
Shipping & Delivery Time
  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery timelines are usually 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service fee as mentioned during checkout.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status on the courier partner’s website or through our order tracking page.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct before completing checkout.
It’s Crazy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking link for updates.
  • Contact our support team if no update is available for more than 3 business days.
  • We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you:
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number, photo of the package/product, and description of the issue.
  • We will assess and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
