GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
However, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Products purchased during sale, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased from physical stores or third-party sellers cannot be returned through our website.
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details at alhar@bintech.services.
CREDIT & REFUND POLICY
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or credit.
If approved:
- You may receive a Gift Card or Store Credit, redeemable only on our website (https://itscrazy.shop/).
- A Shipping Fee of ₹300 and a Return Handling Fee of ₹500 per item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Credits issued will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be used to pay for shipping fees
Please note:
- Products marked as gifts, bundles, or combos are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or return instructions.
